About the Founder - Alice Marmion

With almost 20 years experience in global apparel, textile, and footwear supply chain, Alice has worked with leading brands across luxury fashion, sportswear and consumer goods.

Her experience spans sourcing strategy, supply chain design, production, raw material development, and logistics – combined with deep, practical knowledge of sustainability across social, environmental, and governance topics, reporting standards and policy.

Alice is a certified Lean Six Sigma project manager with extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. She is skilled in change management, leadership development, and organisational design – helping businesses embed lasting capability and resilience.
